Style Typology offers free standard/ground shipping within the continental United States of America. A shipping fee will be calculated for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico at checkout. Unfortunately we are not accepting International orders at this time, but are working to in the near future. For express (one to two day) shipping orders to go out that same day must be received by 12:00pm PST. Any express shipping orders received after 12:00pm PST will ship out the next business day. See the table below for express shipping charges
Order Processing: Orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. During extremely busy times (holidays, etc) order processing could take slightly longer.
We know how much better you feel when you get a credit for your return ASAP, which is what we do. Credits are issued within 1 -2 days of receipt.
All returns and exchanges must have a RA# (return authorization number).
TO RECEIVE FREE RETURN SHIPPING
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-215-1050 within 7 days of receipt and provide a brief reason for the return (too small, didn’t like, etc.). All returns requests must be received within 7 days of purchase. Return requests received after 8 days of receipt will incur a $10 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your credit amount. Return shipments must be received within 30 days of the date your return authorization # and prepaid return label is emailed to you. of Please note our one free return per order policy.
IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND
We are happy to accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item was damaged or incorrect item was shipped. All tags must be attached. All original packaging when returning any accessories,shoes, or handbags. Any merchandise that has been worn, used or altered in any way will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped back to Style Typology within 30 days of purchase.
TO SHIP A RETURN
- Request a RA# at email@example.com.
- Pack the item(s) you are returning neatly in a box or shipping envelope. When returning shoes please do not use the shoe box as your shipping box.
- Write your RA# on a copy of the invoice as well as the outside of the box or shipping envelope.
- For free returns: Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop off at your local post office or schedule USPS to pick up.
- For other returns: Ship the return using a courier of your choice to our office at the address given below.

RETURN POLICY FOR EVENTS
We are happy to accept returns from an event for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Returns made within 14 days of purchase will receive a store credit only. Feel free to ship the item back to us or drop it off at our office. All returns must have a return authorization number. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond within 24 hours. Include your invoice number, date of shopping event and name when requesting a return authorization number..
All tags must be attached. Any merchandise that has been worn, used or altered in any way will not be accepted. Your invoice and/or itemized receipt must be included. For shoes you must include the original shoe box and dust bags.
To ship a return back to us that you bought at an event please follow the shipping instructions above under ‘return policy’.
DROP OFF RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If you choose to drop off your return at our office, a Style Typology team member must be present to accept it. Please schedule a return drop off and a team member will be happy to assist 10AM to 4PM Monday through Friday. We will try our best to accommodate other request times. DO NOT leave any ‘drop off’ returns outside the Style Typology office. We are not responsible for any drop off returns left outside the Style Typology office and/or not given directly to a Style Typology staff member.
